THE TESTIMONY LETTER:

Dear Apostle Cathryn,
I have a friend called, Ibrahim who has been trying to commit suicide, and has greatly changed since you prayed for him.

My brother used to be a very hard working, industrious, respecting and obedient, but a time came when he started changing slowly by slowly.

He started to disobey, saying he is tired of this universe--showing signs of  inner problems.

I was immediately called home to talk to him, and he would reveal to me secrets that he could not tell any other person not even my mom.

On arriving home, I asked him what's the problem? He told me that during the night, beginning at midnight, there could come appear a person whom he could not recognize (whether a man or a woman). The man could appear to him wearing a white very long cloth and handling guards on both hands. Every time this happened my brother was asleep inside the house, and when this man appears the wall of the house, could turn transparent yet,  my brother could see that man directly. Then the man could stare my brother without talking for about two hours, and my brother was unable to scream or call out for a help.

He could mentally be willing to call out for a help and the power to do so used to be taken away by other forces.

Ibrahim's whole body remained stiff or electrified, and could not turn or move any part of the body (though mentally willing). So he could not even run away.

This man that he saw; sometimes walk like a cow. My brother could hear foot steps of a cow be hide the house. The man would walk like an animal and scare my brother at night.

Ibrahim could start his sleep very well, and when this man appeared, he could wake up automatically and on opening his eyes could see the man staring at him fixedly.

After the man would leave my brother, my brother would be affected in his thinking and ways and became negative.

The man could tell Ibrahim how he was hated by the family members and telling him to commit suicide as the better option to go and meet my dad who died 6 years ago. He fed him lies and talked him into the lies.

Ibrahim could admire to die all the time, just to yearn to go be where his father was.

My brother had tried 4 times to commit suicide but unsuccessfully, because before hanging, could text me on his phone telling me bye! bye!

Every time he would tell everyone, and speedily inform everyone; each time ,all his attempts at suicide were unsuccessful by removing himself from the hanging noose.

Satanism has been happening in my brothers classroom where others have been trying to commit suicide, where only one girl was successful and died..

All in Ibrahim's classroom are his best friends. Before my brother could try to commit suicide he could first text those who have ever tried to commit suicide before him.

This his girl who commited suicide  could say that she could view everything in her palm, because her had palm could turn to be a screen like that of the TV or computer. And whatever my brother and this girl say they see,any other person can not see--They see in their own world.

As far as Ibrahim's memory, he could think to explain to my mom on what he could experience, and know all the details of what happened, yet when he went to see my mom everything good in his brain could evaporate and he would forget.

To me, he thought he could explain everything--to other people, but he couldn't!

When the man came at night, my brothers cell phone could go off automatically, and when he try to switch it on, so as to call for help, it would not work, until this man leaves.

Other times, when he placed his phone on the table while sleeping, the phone could go away mysteriously, until this man leaves.

Sometimes my brother could be called on phone and be asked, "Abraham do you know who is calling?" He would say, "NO!"

Then, the man could tell my brother, "When i come you will know whom I am." Then that night the man went  to my brother where my brother could find himself with that man--in a very flat play ground where my brother could see the man and others holding guards.

Again Ibrahim could dig a grave for himself just the way he finds it being dug--but never has died...After all, he could say he never know whether he he would commit suicide, and that he has never dug himself a grave. That's after your prayers.

Again after you prayed all his friends got saved, then my brother followed.

Now he is so good and our family members are so happy even my mom.

My mom went through so much during that time, constantly crying about him and could not feel at ease.

MY MOM IS SO HAPPY WITH YOU FOR AFTER YOUR PRAYERS, FOR GOD CHANGED MY BROTHER!

Thank you for continuing to pray for us and be blessed mightily.

My brother is now into his normal senses.

IN JESUS NAME PRAISE BE TO GOD!

God bless you
John Wallace Chege

Paul saved the Jailers life!

Acts 16: 25- 31 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everybody’s chains came loose. The jailer woke up, and when he saw the prison doors open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself because he thought the prisoners had escaped. But Paul shouted, “Don’t harm yourself! We are all here!” The jailer called for lights, rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas. He then brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”

Dear Mama Rev. Cathryn:
I thank God for placing you in my life as a friend. You are a special and unique person with a sense of inspiration. I am proud to be associated with you. You are such a blessing, a reward, a God given gift in my life. I just want to pray that God grants every desire of your heart and bless the work of your hands. You are special, you deserve the best, and I want to add my testimony:

MY TESTIMONY AS A RESULT OF MY ASSOCIATION WITH APOSTLE CATHRYN HUGHES

Mum, I met you at a time when many things were happening in my life. I had just lost two family members in separate cases of fatal road accidents. It so happened that I was the main person on the ground to deal with all logistics involved; transporting corpses to the mortuary, informing close members of the family, beside funeral arrangements. This was the most trying moment in my life. As a result, I got depressed, a situation that caused serious nose bleeding disorders.

This went on and on every morning whenever I showered. When I visited the hospital, doctors immediately cited depression as the main cause of the bleeding.

Ear washing was done using a pressure machine. This service almost made me deaf. I can remember that immediately you introduced me to Jesus Prayer Group.

Acts 17:26-28 "From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’"

You started giving me close attention; encouraging me and praying for me. I felt a sense of belonging and motherly love from you.

It is at this point in my life that I got strengthened in faith, knowledge, wisdom and understanding. I am now over the grief and sorrow.

My ears got completely healed and are much in order than before by the stripes of Jesus.

After I got encouraged, I declared war over the enemy, because we later came to learn that the deaths might have been caused by mediums and Jujus by some village men who envied the family.

I have since then organized a series of Evangelical Crusades both in the family compound and at the village market (100 metres away from home). The crusades were to bring repentance and healing in the village bound by idolatry, mediums, Jujus, incest, drunkenness, witchcraft, blasphemy, adultery and sexual immorality.

Following the crusades, many villagers gave their lives to Jesus immediately drawing us to the need for a Bible believing Church.

By the grace of God, we established a Sanctuary right in a building at the market initially used to house a Chief’s offices (a Chief here is the head of a location, villages are combined to form a location). The building had been used in the past also to store ‘kangara’-an ingredient for making local illicit brew.

The church is strong and well established after 3 months since it was inaugurated. I give God all the glory and honor for these miracles and especially for placing Apostle Cathryn Hughes upon my life.

Mum, the divine meeting was timely. I can not wait to testify again on your visit to the local church in my home village to let the villagers understand how God used His servant from a far country to bring restoration to such a village. I know this gonna be awesome to edify the body of Christ, Amen!

God is good all the time and all the time God is good. 1 John 5:20 "And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life."

Please let all the members of the Prayer Group commit my family in prayer for divine protection against such brutality by the evil one. Pray also for a similar Evangelical Crusade scheduled to take place in August this year in the same village-for those who would like to visit  Kenya and minister with us please let me know in good time so we can include you in the program and inform of the specific dates, thank you all for your prayers over the past crusades and God bless you and keep you! I am praying for you too!

------------------------------------------------------------

Hello I am Benny Njuguna from Kenya. This is my Personal testimony:

On 5th June 2002, while in High School at a Crusade that was held in Nairobi, Kenya; a simple message was being preached that was direct, and there were no kind of threats that we had to be saved, or else be cast into the eternal fire.

The minister talked about the reason why Jesus died, knowing how much God loved us so much that he gave His son. And he went on to explain what salvation entails like prosperity, good health and well being. This is when I gave my heart to Jesus.

The road has not been easy and many times I have stumbled to the point I stopped going to Church, praying or reading the Bible for a year.

Before I got saved, I had contemplated to commit suicide on many instances, and the Lord delivered me! I ended cutting lines on my left hand where few can be seen, and whenever I look at them it reminds me of God’s grace.

There are times when I would feel I have let God down by committing sin now and then. I would pray for repentance and the next day I commit the same sin, and the cycle went on like that. No wonder the enemy would condemn me making it more worst,  knowing I have let God down and messed up again. During those times is when I started thinking about suicide.

While I cannot say, and I don’t have thoughts, I am learning to appreciate myself and the reason why I am on this earth--knowing what purpose God has for me.

Every day I grow strong whenever I read the Bible, Christian books, ministry sites like this, praying, and sharing the Word of God with the brethren.

There is a song that says, “I just can’t give up now, come too far from where I started from. Nobody told me the road would be easy and I don’t believe he has brought me this far to leave me.”

We are in the race and I know it is not an easy one. I mean there will always be mountains to climb--the Good News is that we are not alone. Apostle Paul told the Corinthians to "cheer up" and 'not think they are the only suffering for many Christians all over the world are going through the same sufferings.' Also we have the assurance from God that he will always be with us knowing his Holy Spirit dwells in us, who continually teach us the Word of God.

Jesus told the multitude to "be perfect as their heavenly father is perfect." I am convinced that we can be what God wants us to be and to be perfect, or come to the perfection in the Holy Spirit while here on earth, knowing in heaven we will be perfect, for we will have immortal bodies and there would be no sin.

When you feel low and don’t feel like running the race, take courage. All you need is patience. In the High School I used to attend, their motto was, “Patience Pays.” Sure it will for you will receive the crown of Glory.

The one who began a good work in you (salvation) will carry it to completion.“So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You will need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.”

Hebrews 10:35-36

The Good News is that we will never fall as Christians. We only stumbles for God promised he will be there for us and won’t allow temptation and trials to go beyond what we can bear. He will always provide a way.

To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy – to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore!" Amen. Jude 1:24-25

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great crowd of witnesses, let s throw off everything that hinders and the sin that

so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” Hebrews 12:1

I have been saved for about 14 years. There is so much that I have learned since then, and the road hasn’t been easy.

In order to reach the end of the line, you have to go through a lot on the way. Lots of obstacles here and there--that at times it feels hard to continue and makes you feel like giving up. Like, you have been running and suddenly you slipped and fell on the water and got hurt and felt , and you feel like saying, "That’s enough!"

I have come to experience the hand of grace of Our Lord Almighty.

When I have messed myself up, let God down, and returned to my old ways, the Lord has always been there, lifting me up from where I fell. He forgave my sins. He encouraged me and told me, "It's okay, it will take time, and you will make it if you look at what My Son did, and realize you too can make it! You will have to go through a lot, but be happy! For you are more than overcomer through Christ who strengthens and that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." The Lord will be there for you! Christian life is like a 'long life race' and isn’t boring, and full of adventures with a lot to run through..

I have come to realize that many have been bound by the enemy, some fell 'never to rise up', some don’t know what to do. They don’t have the energy to move on.

I encourage you, Stand! Wipe the dirt off! Move on! For the Lord has said that He will never leave you nor forsake you. The angels are there for you and so is God! and countless million of Christians around the world,. You are not alone!

That is why I have told God to give me the opportunity to pray for other Christians, so that they can realize the victory, for people to know who they are in Jesus Christ, to loose the chains that have bound them, their bodies to be healed, and to experience the blessings of God.

The fight isn’t easy since its spiritual, but the victory is sure if we have faith and trust God!

It’s always a privileged to pray for the Christians that way--helping the body of Christ, so that they may have the strength needed to move on.

After having done all, STAND!

God Bless You,
Benny
